July 24, 2020: In order to provide high quality workforce to local & CPEC industry and prepare youth of Sindh for overseas job markets, the Managing Director Sindh TEVTA, Agha Sohailcommenced implementation of modern Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) programs across Sindhin all STEVTAinstitutes from academic year 2020 onwards.The DAEcurricula are revised / developed keeping in view the emerging and changing needs of 4th industrial revolution (IR4) with the support of National Vocational & Technical Training Commission, provincial TEVTAsand TVET Sector Support Program and technical inputs from Chamber of Commerce & Industries and Employers Federation of Pakistan. The implementation of new programs will provide greater chances of employability to the youth of Sindh and improve socio-economic condition of the province. Managing Director Sindh TEVTA also kicked off development of Teaching & Learning Material in line with the new curricula in collaboration with key stakeholders keeping in view the industrial requirement.
